The floors are sticky, like they haven’t been mopped in weeks! We decided what we wanted and patiently waited while the GM finished on a phone call. While she was taking our order, she answered another phone call right at the order counter?? Then a guy (who was parked from the drive thru) walked in asking where his food was? The food was hot but the bacon was undercooked.

Cab
The service was fine and staff friendly enough. However I drove across the highway to go to Hardee’s instead of McDonald’s assuming it would be better quality but it wasnt…Everything was cold. Chicken tenders, fries, The kids cheeseburgers were dry and cold and there was little to no ketchup on the buns. It was not even close to a kids burger from McDonald’s. I’m assuming it was right after the lunch rush and they didn’t want to make fresh food or somthing because it was definitely not fresh. When you pay that much for fast food it is reasonable to assume it will be fresh and hot. My experience will make me hesitant on going there again.

While there they got 8 peoples order wrong including ours. My 6year old ordered a kids meal cheeseburger. Her bun was rock hard she couldn’t bite into it, nor could I. She received no toy/activity. I ordered a 5 peice chicken strip I got 3 with no sauce.

Ordered a Mushroom and swiss, and Bacon cheese burger with no veggies. We were pulled, and waited 10 more minutes. They told us they had to make fresh bacon, however my bacon was COLD, and they had NOT taken off my Lettuce, tomato, or onion, even after reading it ALL back to me at the window. Used to be my favorite but the last handful of times I’ve gone, I’ve been disappointed.

So I go by this Hardee’s before work each day and I’ve tried it one time before and I was disappointed my bun was completely stale there was no extra cheese on my burger like I asked I always get a mushroom and Swiss burger with extra mushrooms extra Swiss well this time even though I don’t really care for fries I asked for curly fries and I got regular greasy half done fries my burger was wrapped in a tin thingy and all of the insides of the burger were all around the outside of the burger so disappointed cuz I love Hardee’s and it’s just I will not be going back to this Hardee’s again I just think for $14 for a burger I should get what I order and apparently they don’t feel that way so sad cuz the one in brainerd is amazing but the one in sartell I would not recommend it at all
