The food was great, and the customer service was poor. Engaging with customers in a positive light is important, and the young lady just gave me my food and quickly shut the window, and didn’t even say thank you! I hadn’t eaten at a Hardee’s in years, and this experience kind of made me think negatively about what the food was going to taste like. Fortunately, it was good.

Stopped in for lunch, was lucky the parking is big enough for the truck and trailer I was driving. The gentleman working the register was great, he was fun, goofy, happy/upbeat, and helped me out with my order(because I’m always indecisive). If I’m traveling through the area I’ll stop again because of him! Thanks Jeremy W., you definitely made my day better and hope you continue to make other customers days better!

Not everyone is a fan, but their mushroom and swiss burger is my favorite go to for a real craving!! I didn’t need much, but this made my day. Delicious gravy with mushrooms…melted together on a toasted bun. Joy! I see the onion rings changed though…

Always a great place to stop. I stopped during breakfast and was surprised at the many options on the breakfast menu. We tried two sandwiches and a few other options and all were good and I would say more quality than other fast food restaurants. As always we love the burgers and the shakes are probably the best of fast food because they are considered hand mixed. Hard to find Hardee’s nowadays, so whenever I see one I am happy to stop by.

How the tasty have fallen! This place used to be a family standard stopping point on trips to and from the cities, but never again. The roast beef was dry and tasted old, the cheeseburger was so overloaded with mayo that the burger just fell apart and even the chocolate milkshake, which seemed like a safe food, was tasteless and the texture was chunky and crystalized. To top it off the food was way too pricey ($11 for burger & fries??) for basic fast food eats.

Food is great. Hardee’s in Sauk Centre is the worst. Terrible food, dirt sediment in their ice. So needless to say I lost faith in Hardee’s, my fiancé and I went on a whim and tried Hardee’s in Alexandria and it was 10/10. Food was fresh, delicious and nicely put together. Workers were very friendly, and the place was clean.

The burger looked so disgusting that I did not eat any of it. I understand that this happens when food has been frozen and has a ton of fat in it but I have NEVER received a burger like this from Hardee’s and I was so disappointed and very hungry still

Food was good, lobby area was disgustingly dirty. Employees had time to clean but they didn’t. Floor was sticky everywhere, tables were dirty and sticky, and something sticky was on the bench seat that wasn’t able to be wiped up with a napkin so now there’s napkin pieces stuck to the bench. Guess atleast no one else will get that nasty sticky stuff on their butts….
