I haven’t eaten at Hardees for years. The one in our town took a turn for the worst for the last 10 years it was open, now there’s a car wash there. So while on vac, my wife wanted to give it a go. We were both not disappointed what’s so ever. Other then getting a couple fries instead of the curly fries we ordered, the food was amazing. She had the mushroom and swiss and I had the Monster burger. Kids had chicken.

They took the Double Western Cheeseburger off the menu and was not helpful with a substitution. Got a Super Star with cheese add bacon small drink and small fries came to $17 dollars and the meat and bacon were undercooked…everything on their menu now is overpriced and subpar food would avoid this establishment for sure!!!

I had not been to a Hardee’s for a long time since they were out of business where I was at for a long time, so as I was passing through Sioux Falls and drawn to the car show outside, memories of Rise ‘N Shine Hardee breakfasts and juicy burgers and fries made me want to stop here..They were pretty busy, lot of activity and I can say this was a stop at a All-American burger joint with much more than I expected…and I was glad I stopped.

Just went through the drive through and there was no answer. Was there at 8:56pm and left at 9:03. I said hello multiple times. Pulled up to the window and could see people inside but no one bothered to look my direction or looked like they had a drive through headset on. All the lights were on, sign was on, drive thru menu was lit up. I had just got done with my second job and didn’t wanna sit there forever. Not happy at all. Went to Arby’s down the street. Was served right away.

I heard this was the equivalent to Carl’s Jr but on the east side. It felt different though. The burgers tasted good… I was mostly impressed by how they were wrapped. It felt like you weren’t going to make a mess. With Carl’s Jr it was way messier. This food was good for traveling! Like if you need to eat in your car you don’t have to watch it and worry about spilling as much.
