I had the frisco burger it was ok i have had better ones taste wise. Fries were soggy. Curly fries were the best thing. They need to learn how to make a shake cause i can buy a gallon of chocolate milk thicker than their shakes.

Very nice staff, they were very understanding. The shakes were awesome and so were the burgers. There was a little confusion on the fries we got 3 regular and 1 curly when it was supposed to be flipped and the fries were cold.

The food is terrible for you, but they made it taste so good it’s hard to care. Staff seems friendly enough despite working at a fast food establishment. If you like mushroom and swiss burgers, you really should try the one made here. The brioche bun makes it so delicious, it’s a good thing I don’t live near this restaurant. Their chicken tenders are large, juicy, and are made from very good quality chicken breast. This is definitely a guilty pleasure fast food chain that would kill you if you ate here all the time!

It was definitely satisfactory. Service was good and was a fairly quick drive thru. Breakfast sandwich was definitely one of the better ones just don’t know if it was worth 6 bucks. Overall it was good though.

I chose Hardees because I wanted some good onion rings. Hardees used to have the best lightly battered rings. I was very disappointed. They are now using a very heavily breaded batter. Not at all what I was after. Burger was ok but they left off the lettuce and tomato when i said I didn’t want condiments. I don’t consider those to be condiments but maybe I’m wrong. For the price, it was definitely not worth it.

Hardee’s does not do onion rings, don’t try them. Very dry, crunchy, not remotely fresh, flavor was awful; similar to what I imagine dog food tastes like. Everything else okay, good burgers and fries, but don’t see it worth the cost compared to other fast-food chains.

Hardees #1503276 in Rapid City, SD. When we walked in to order our meals and the staff working could be heard yelling and swearing specifically using the F-word. At the time there were several adults and children in the lobby. When staff finally came to the counter another employee (white male, tall, blond, glasses, facial hair) came from the kitchen area using the F-word. My mom told the employee he needed to watch his language. The employee taking our order stated that he tells the other employee this all the time. The swearing employee went back to the kitchen area and stared me down because he’s not mature enough to deal with not swearing. While we were finding a seat we both heard my moms first and last name. Weird since we paid with cash. We’re currently waiting for our food for 20 minutes, fully anticipating that it will be spit in. We finally gave up after a group of 6 that arrived well after we did got their order before ours. We asked for a refund. The swearing gentleman was forced to come to the register to refund us. While coming to the front he said something to the gal working drive thru though the head set. He then seemed confused once he got to the counter why we would want a refund. My mom told him that we’ve waited long enough and reminded him of his swearing that we’d heard as soon as we walked in the door and the swearing we both witness him do. He then lied to our faces saying that wasn’t him. I realize that Hardee’s isn’t the most glamours or high paying job there is, but this particular Hardee’s could use a crash course in professionalism and perhaps there needs to be a capable manager working at all times as it did not appear that there was one working. I enjoy Hardees but will no longer be patronizing your location.
