We went through drive through. And could not hear the guy taking my order over my son who was talking in the car. He said he asked four times. He was not loud enough to hear. No one else in the car heard him at all. Food was bland and some cold. Worst Hardee’s I’ve ever been to.

If you have 10-15 minutes to burn while you wait for your food this is the place to go. Don’t even bother to use the app cause it doesn’t matter, you will still have to wait for your food. I was unaware that Hardee’s had moved away from the fast food model to a more traditional sit down restaurant. For the time and quality, you are better off with IHOP or Denny’s.

To be honest, in regards to the atmosphere, there was none I was the only car in the parking lot. I went through the drive-thru and ordered their special which happened to be buy one Angus burger get one free. So I opted for that deal and it took about 8 to 10 minutes to get while I waited in the Drive-Thru.

The dining area was closed due to a staffing shortage, so we had to go to the drive thru which took a very long time. They did apologize for the wait. Our food was hot. The curly fries seemed bland. I remember they used to have more flavor. But I got exactly what I wanted: Big Hot Ham & Cheese sandwich!

This is my favorite destination for breakfast when I get a day off. They have the best biscuit sandwiches in town. I tried the cinnamon roll today. Not bad. My only question is why are my shoes sticking to the floor? Weird.

While my fries were hot they typically arnt. I always get the Frisco burger at any Hardee’s I go to but for some reason this specific location always smothers the burger in mayo. So much so this last time I couldn’t even taste or finish my burger

I’m really upset with this place we downloaded their app and ordered from it but when we got to the restaurant it was closed due to staffing shortages. I understand everyone is in a bind these days but they refuse to replace or refund the money saying call the corporate office. I contacted support through the app and it says they will reply within 3 days and it’s been weeks now and no response. I’ve messaged them 4 times through the app. So I called Hardee’s headquarters and no matter what option I choose to speak to someone it rings 3-4 times then goes back to the menu. If you keep selecting talk to a receptionist it will eventually tell you they have technical difficulties and hang up. I like the food at this restaurant and the star rewards is a great incentive to travel past BK or McDs to eat there but the lack of customer support is not worth the trip.

After trying every other location in town, this location was the only one open due to staffing issues, and they always make consistently good food. I am so grateful for this locations staff and their hard work, but Hardee’s really needs to pay better wages, give more flexibility, and better benefits to their cooks and general staff. Glassdoor says that Prep Cooks only make $15,000 a year. Do better, Hardee’s corporate.
