If you have a larger family I definitely recommend going somewhere else. Went through drive through after my daughter appointment (so I could not go inside as she was not coherent) instead of ordering 9 meals I ordered 2 meal and a 20 PC to save them hassle explained we didn’t mind waiting it was 1120 only 2 cars in parking lot and I had several people talk over each other over the intercom about I’d have to wait 5-7 min maybe longer explained I totally understand and didn’t mind I could hear cooks cussing and complaining through two different people talking in the back ground. Not the best place for kids.

Food and service is usually good here….when it is open. Also.. Why have you not opened your dining room up since COVID. Most of the other fast food places have been open for quite a while. The excuse not having enough workers is kind of lame imo.

I just popped in for a couple of Double Cheeseburgers. Burgers were tasty and drive thru was quick. It was a late lunch so traffic was slow. Best time to visit.

I moved here 3 years ago and tried Hardee’s the first time today worst experience first they refused to take my order via drive thru cause I had 3 separate orders so they preferred me to go in. I asked for a regular cheeseburger plain they gave me a kid size burger all the fries were ice cold on top of it never would recommend

Went through the drive through just to order bottled water so my pup could have some when we went to the park. The drive through worker responded that they were out. I said that was ok, and asked if I could just get some water in a cup. She said that was fine, but then asked if I was going to order anything else. I said no. She responded, “I don’t just hand out water. You have to order something”. I would have been happy to purchase the water, had there been any to buy. I’m not sure what the restaurant’s policy is, but i’ve never been treated this way at any similar restaurant, or even any hardee’s location, for just wanting to get some water. I will not be coming back to this location for anything.
