We just had our food delivered by door dash. Paid almost $50. It was awful. There was nothing to the burgers and the fries were so undercooked they would not even shake out of container when put upside down. Worst experience ever. Waste of alot of money. We will not ever eat at Hardee’s again.

I walked in the restaurant at 10:28 AM was greeted by the manager heavyset gentlemen bald on top ponytail in the back. I didn’t catch his name as he was so rude when I asked him for 2 original thickburgers he informed me that he will not take my order as I would have to wait 2 minutes. Really? You can’t take my order in that 2 minute time. I informed him I would leave and eat somewhere else and heat said that would probably be a good idea. With this kind of customer retention this guy should be making millions

May 2023: ⭐ I have further evaluated this location for years. There is 0 consistency in how food is prepped. Portion sizes are extremely underwhelming for the cost…and it’s only this location. I can hit 2 of them up in Springfield, and their portions are generous: ie: Omelet biscuit has actual filling in Springfield and they put 2 full pieces of bacon on a bacon egg and cheese. In Clinton? You get 1 piece of bacon split into 3. It’s laughable. Multiple attempts to bring issue up gets nowhere. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

Went through the drive through, no one in front of me, no one inside, and sat for 15 mins to get my food. I know Hardee’s takes longer to get the food out but it’s atleast usually hot. Both burgers and both fries were old and cold. One burger wasn’t the wrong burger. Very disappointing.

Very Disappointing, Big Roast Beef had maybe 4 pieces of meat on a huge bun. Monster Roast Beef was definitely not Monster. Fries Were old. We’ve been coming to Hardee’s for years. It will definitely be awhile before We do Again..
