Prices don’t match up. I ordered a spicy chicken, and sign above window said $1.99. Soda also was 50 cents more than what the sign said in the drive thru. I asked why the price difference and she just kept telling me it was the tax. 4 sandwiches and 2 sodas all 50 cents more than signs posted… $3 more than it should have been. I am a math teacher, and I tried to explain that 4 sandwiches should be 7.96 prior to tax instead of 9.96. She was extremely rude and insisted it was the tax at the end.

My double cheeseburger was blah, small and dry patties, no condiments or veggies, only onions. Fries are like formed puree and salty. The cinnamon roll was tasty but a bit too sweet from too much icing.

The drive thru experience was horrible, they didn’t hear most of our order at the speaker, and had to correct them multiple time at the window before paying, thankfully we were the only car there. We sat at the window for about 5 or so minutes after receiving our meal as they kept trying to send us away without our drinks and several food items they had forgotten. They obviously need a better system with drive thru orders or to have a more experienced worker be at drive.

I have to stop in Hillsboro on a regular basis and have been to this location at least a half dozen times over the past couple months. And every single visit has been a winner for me be at their breakfast biscuit or the frisco sandwiches or their chicken sandwiches. They have all been very good and the customer service is excellent especially with the short staff that they’re working under.

They served my child an open chocolate milk. When I called back to complain, the employee who answered said “I must have given you my bosses drink by mistake. He keeps one in the fridge.” Disgusting, a health code violation, and no one seemed phased. Outrageous even when its not a pandemic! Cannot reach corporate on the phone, only voice mail. NEVER AGAIN!

Went in for a quick bite after visiting from out of state for a funeral. Our ordering was a disorganized mess of people and allergies. The person at the counter (I think the name was Tyler) was incredibly patient and helpful and forgiving of our crazy. Food was good and restaurant was clean.

Orders are always messed up and the wait staff acts comatosed. But they have the ability to dye their hair all kinds of stupid colors. Seems like hardly anyone goes in there. Not sure how there still in business.
