I read the reviews and still decided to give this location a try & boy am i glad i did ! First off, the restaurant was super clean. I ordered the Frisco Melt, cooked fresh, and that’s exactly what i got ! The cook was super nice about dropping my meat fresh. It didn’t take long to get & my burger was made PERFECTLY & tasted AMAZING ! So glad i stopped through here !

I came in with my son and the service was Great! However it was way to hot inside the lobby so we took our food to go. No employee deserves to have to work under them conditions! When it’s 105° outside I can only imagine how hot it is behind that counter!

I have been to this Hardee’s countless times, I have been pulled forward to wait and waited at the order box for long than I can think and it has happened more times than I can count. I worked in a fast service industry and one person ordering food for just them shouldn’t take this long. Get it together! Find another place to get your food.

The hamburgers were delicious! They smelled so good we decided to eat in the parking lot instead of waiting to get home. The staff was concerned about us being there for so long and came out to see if we were ok. They were very polite and friendly.

Visited the N. Belt West location on 10-09-22 @ 4pm I ordered 3 soft beef tacos, I noticed the receipt said chicken tacos I asked the guy at the window if my order was correct and he assured me it was. Long story short order was not right, I went back went inside the guy told the cook to make my order right and the cook proceeded to make my food bare handed along with other orders I asked for a refund and left because I did not want COVID 19!
