We stood there for 10 minutes after ordering. We had to ask for our cups and had to wait for our food that was sitting in the window for at least 5 minutes before giving it to us. The staff that was cooking just looked at us and never told anyone our food was ready to be bagged. Front staff took order and walked away. The chicken sandwich we ordered was burnt, hash browns were cold. We tried to give it another try and we will never be back. You need someone to come in and clean house and teach them how to be friendly and move at a little faster pace
