Never have any sandwiches. Used the online app and ordered 2 hrs before we go on lunch break. Still had for the food that they didn’t have. Didnt have the sweet tea either. So got charged and didnt receive anything i ordered. Needless to say deleting the joke of an app. Be lucky if we come back.

Sandwich bread wasn’t grilled all the way. Shakes were runny. Our burgers were just not that hot. Not very good at this location anymore. Not sure if it’s because it’s out of the way and everyone goes to the other one or what. I know I will for now on. The food is too expensive to get dinner from them when it isn’t up to standards.

They need fried zucchini like Carl’s Jr. Then it would be the perfect fast food place. Oh, one complaint. Every time I order a Western Bacon Cheeseburger you use old onion rings that were fried 4 days ago and are harder than a 2×4 piece of lumber. PLEASE, make the onion rings fresh. It literally takes 3 minutes or less. Stop being lazy.

While we were greeted warmly, the expletive laced song in the background was not appropriate. They added two items I did not order and was charged for them. And did not offer a refund. Just a sorry. The fries were a over cooked crisp mess. Forgot BBQ sauce for my sandwich. In addition the place was a mess. Needs a new manager/ owner. A disgusting mess.

I visit this Hardee’s frequently on my way to work. I moat always go thru the drive thru and have no problems at all however recently it has been hard to catch them open. The last two times I tried to grab a sandwich before work I did not get waited on.i have taken in consideration the pandemic causing issues with staffing..however the sign says open til 7pm. I was there at 615pm..there was a car in the parking lot and the lights were on. I attempted to call no answer so I left…don’t think as of now that I will return anytime soon.its not like they were busy at all..i would think they would take care of the few customers that visit
