Rebecca (manager) is extremely rude. She has had it in for me ever since I complained to corporate that she could never keep cups stocked. Today she said they don’t make a bacon egg sandwich. Then it was she just wasn’t going to wait on me because she didn’t like me. I wasn’t rude, I didn’t yell, but I will let EVERYONE know that you don’t want to go to this location! Looking at these reviews, it is clear as day that Rebecca seems to be a lot of your problems. Now there have been some great employees there, but Rebecca will more than likely chase them off.

Witnessed a short female, I’m putting it mildly. Waiting on a older gentleman in his assuming upper 70s lower 80s, who happened to change his order realized his mistake order a different meals, she m7st have a short fuse she snapped with a f@@@@@g attitude if he wanted no cheese to verify.

Let’s see employs had a very bad attitude. The food was cold and old. My order was wrong. I end up spend money for a pizza. I drive a truck there is 3 things I want when I come off the road. Shower hot food and sleep. This location is by far one of the worst places to come. I think for now on I will go down the road.

My husband went in to grab us breakfast, ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits and a steak biscuit.. Got back out to the truck his steak biscuit was hard as a rock, went back in, to get another one and the same thing it was hard too!! The lady was so rude to him and SAID YOU CAN’T PLEASE EVERYONE!!! He threw in the trash and walked out!! My husband isn’t a rude person, very polite and mellow man and this girl, woman shouldn’t of talked to him like that! Why are the steak biscuit hard??? When the Sausage ones are not???

I visited twice. The first time, the order was missing items. The second time, I couldn’t get anyone to take my order at the drive though because they told me they “ain’t got no bacon.” After no further response, I proceeded to the window and saw three employees leaning against counters. The manager finally came to the window and asked “what do you want?” I explained that I had tried to order the bacon cheeseburger meals and was immediately interrupted again with “we ain’t got no bacon!” I then asked if I could get them without bacon. A big sigh and 5 minutes later I received my burgers, sans bacon, and no fries or drinks. I am disappointed that the fast food restaurant closest to my home is mismanaged, not helpful, and poorly staffed.
