The chicken fingers were cook a little to long some we’re hard but otherwise ok. Love them while travelling had some in Kansas City and in Virginia Beach Hardee’s the were so good so decided to try while in Chesterfield.

This is what a 10 piece chicken tender looks like. Next time I’ll just wait in line at Canes. Every other Hardee’s is cook to order with the tender boxes. I guess this guy figured he could scrape up enough breading crumbs at the bottom with zero chicken and have those count as tenders. I won’t be back to this location.

If McDonald’s and Taco Bell grew up, became friends, and formed a kick ass fast food restaurant, they would name it Hardee’s. It’s surprising how much better their food is yet they have very few locations. I guess a clown and, at one point, a tiny dog really make for great advertising.

Train wreck. I ordered a burrito, fries and Diet Coke. The person taking the order at the drive-through asked me to repeat it three times. When I paid for it and looked at the receipt, I noticed they charged me for a combo that included chips and salsa that I didn’t order. I told the person that, they didn’t know what to do. They asked for my card and said they were going to adjust it. They came back in a few minutes and handed everything back to me. I asked him if he credited my card back, and he said he thought so but didn’t know. I told him he needs to find out. They finally got the manager to take care of it, and the only redeeming factor was that the manager gave me everything free. Very nice manager, but the employees seem to be a disaster. I know employees are hard to find these days, but they need to train them much better. You’re going to lose the customers that you do have.
