Courtney at the Union, Missouri location has turned the whole place around. Very friendly. More importantly, she not only waits on counter help, even when there are cars in the drive thru. She will also take time to take care of incidentals. Like fill ice or straws, if that had been overlooked.

The double cheeseburger didn’t look anything like the advertisement in the window. It was a small, flattened mess, and tasted a little burnt. The main problem was a few pieces of ground up bone were in it, so I’m lucky I didn’t chip a tooth. Apparently quality control is not very good either…

So we went in on July 19 2023, we waited in line for 20 minutes no one in front of us, all were on cellphones management is pathetic, we ended up leaving after waiting so long it was only 6pm and we was about to order around 80 bucks worth of food but no service is lost money

If you’re looking for a job in fast food, I don’t recommend Hardee’s in Union Missouri. They never call their employees to let them know that their hours will be cut. I constantly got text messages saying take the day off, or they’re going to be slow. If they don’t need you to come in, they should at least call and tell you so you don’t have to waste the time getting ready for work. I would rather go back to work at Six Flags than work at Hardee’s in Union Missouri.

Corporate needs to come help this place. Ordered a few burgers and received the worst lettuce ever on all the burgers. Very slow service and they always make you pull forward and wait in the drive thru, Always!
