I’ve given this place a few chances now. Each and every time, their breakfast food is the lowest tier, the lowest quality, the lowest of low and hardly edible. Their breakfast sandwiches are gross and their french toast sticks are hard as bricks and feel like they are a week old. The only thing they have that is anywhere remotely edible is their hash rounds aka hash browns. What a sad and depressing place.

I decided to go to Hardees on July 13, Thursday because I wanted something a little different. I ordered a double cheeseburger, regular ham n’cheese, and large curly fry. I make it home and notice that the cheeseburger look dry and old, as if it had been sitting for hours and the ham sandwich looked old. I didn’t feel like driving back to get the order changed, so I called the location and spoke to the manager on duty. I explained the problem with the food and this man tried to argue with me and tell me that all the food was fresh when I know it wasn’t. He finally agreed to change the double cheeseburger when in fact the entire order should have been changed. This was a very unprofessional manager and poor customer service. This is the location at Big Bend and Meramec. The Valley Park area

Good food at a relatively cheap price. Even cheaper with coupon. I ordered the baked chicken sandwich and with there permission subbed hot honey sauce for Mayo. Chicken was very tender. Good Job!

Good food overall. But I ordered their apple turnovers and they fried their turnovers with the paper stuck on them still so I was eating bits of wax paper. When I realized, I tried to call them to let them know not to sell the rest of their turnovers as they had wax paper on them, but even though i tried calling twice, they won’t answer. Don’t order the apple turnovers!

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. For as slow as it was (with only other one car in front of me and no one inside the store), the food should have at least been hot. The cold, cardboard-like curly fries added insult to injury after the dismal service I received. I barely received a grunt when I asked to upgrade to curly fries on my combo, or when I was given my receipt. The cashier (Donald) did not speak to me when he opened the window. I handed him the payment and gave another grunt. When the food was “ready” Donald literally shoved the bag out the window and into my face. I sat there for a second in shock and looked around for a store phone number on the window. He just stared at me like I had no business still being in the drive through. I didn’t see the car behind me, so I had no idea what his hurry was after I’d been kept waiting so long. Either they were left still waiting to give their order, or they left because they got tired of waiting or being grunted at as well. The whole experience was garbage.
