The white l blonde manager made me leave when I was trying to charge my phone to pay for the drink. She called the police for no reason when I was about to purchase a meal. I will not be coming back to this location again. I encourage Hardee’s to improve their work environment by encouraging friendlier service. She refused to give me her name so I included her information for the safety of my reputation with the St. Louis County area. She is not truthful on what I was doing. I had to get ahold of my finances, but since she alienated me from this store. I am never coming back. The other workers did nothing wrong and she treats them like trash.

I have never eaten at Hardee’s before, but stopped tonight to get my daughter some food without realizing they were getting ready to close otherwise I wouldn’t have stopped since I know how it feels to get last minute customers wanting food when you’re about to close and you’re ready to go home after a long day plus we were the only ones there, but the lady working the drive thru (Brianna according to my receipt) was so nice and friendly and had such a positive attitude. The food took a little while which made me feel even worse because they probably had everything cleaned up and had to do extra work for our order, but I was impressed with how good it looked and tasted because I’m use to fast food not looking anything like the pictures or commercial, but the burger look the same and even though I didn’t order anything for myself I tried my daughter’s food and it was really good. I work in a restaurant and getting customers when you’re about to close can be a pain and inconsiderate most of the time so I’m sorry for not checking your hours first, but thank you for being so kind and nice because I don’t know if I could have been that positive. Great service and great food and will definitely come back again (just not at closing)
