Come on Hardee’s, we gotta do better. I know it’s not a gigantic ordeal but coming from someone who has worked in a kitchen my whole life and love it, when I see a sandwich come out of a restaurant (especially of an establishment of this size) lacking the top of the sandwich as much this one was, it really makes me wonder how much the employees dislike their jobs. This points to management and the working environment in which this employee is working. I get that we get very busy at times but the person wrapping this sandwich knew what was being sent out.

Welcome to Hardee’s, where the staff are friendly but the food is lacking. The store was very clean. Honestly, it should be. I almost never see anyone eating there. The sandwich my wife got was really oily as it had only been toasted on one half. I got the chicken biscuit. My opinion is that it tastes like it was cooked previously and microwaved today for me. The chicken had zero crispiness and was overcooked. The staff are so friendly that I was sure I’d have a great experience, but the food really let me down. Sorry to say I probably won’t be back.

This is the worst hardees i have ever been to. The workers here just dont care to do their jobs correctly. Tried ordering a big hot ham n cheese, there was one tiny slice of ham on it. For breakfast my frisco sandwich was so stale the bread was rock hard.
