At 12:02 we ordered 2 chicken tender combos. Received at 12:27. We were ordering inside. Every single customer that ordered ahead of us brought their orders back as was not right. Curly fries cold. Total was 25. Person taking order did not tell us about the Star combo. Noticed it when went back outside. We will NEVER go to this or any other Hardee’s again. Inferior food and service for high price. Customer service awful!

If you’re wanting fast food, better choose somewhere else. They are not always slow, but it happens often. At one point I waited 30 minutes for a milk shake. The food is always hot and good when you receive it, but you will definitely have to wait. I guess that’s what you get when it’s made fresh. Just be prepared to wait.

Stopped here on my way to Florida. It was 10:50 am. Only Breakfast .enu was up. I waited for her to get done with the drive through order. She Then I ask me what I would like to order. I said so you’re still serving breakfast and she said no that stopped at 10:30. And like were you only have the breakfast menu up? I don’t know what to order so then she starts turning the menu to launch afternoon menu.

Service took forever, it took several minutes for us to receive our oder, ppl who ordered after us got their order before we did. Roast beef sandwich wasn’t really even warm, cheeseburger bun and patty were dry and shriveled, like it was sitting out for several hours and reheated. There is a lot to be desired here. Just stopping through and the bathrooms were very dirty with things smeared on the bathroom stalls and wall. Due to the lack of employees they said they couldn’t take care of it. Waited 20 minutes for food. Unfortunate.

Another vehicle sitting waiting longer for their food and I did. But hey let’s let our friends in and screw around til someone decides to make meals. The one and only job you have.
