I just went through the drive through. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese english muffin combo. I paid at the window and was given my diet coke. No one read my order back to me. I guy with a headset on tried to hand me what looked like a platter breakfast because it was in a Styrofoam container. I shook my head and told him I ordered a bacon egg and cheese English muffin combo. So he walked away and the girl that gave me my drink came back and handed me a bag. So I left with what I thought was my order. The tater tots were correct but I was given a sausage egg and cheese English muffin. Not what I told the person when I ordered but the receipt I was given matched what they gave me. In watching them inside, none of them looked like they even cared to be there. And the English muffin I got wasn’t even toasted. Was like eating it all on bread. Won’t be ordering that again and will just have to sit at the window and check my food and ticket each time before I pull away. Shouldn’t have to do that

On the day I came in for breakfast, it appeared the drive- thru was very busy. I placed my order for two egg and cheese sandwiches. The lobby was pretty empty when I ordered, but I then watched at least 5 other people place orders and get them before I did. After about 20 mins, the cashier asked me what I ordered, I gave my order again, and overhead the cook staying here made them when I placed the order, but my sandwiches had been handed out of the drive-thru. So he made them again, and I had my order within 2 mins. I didn’t get an apology or have my meal compensated for the 20 min wait. I understand them being busy, but I feel like 20 mins for two sandwiches is extreme.

I stop by Hardee’s to grab dinner and this has got to be one of the most disappointing visits to a fast food restaurant in a very long time. The order was placed and they seemed confused that I did not order combo meals. Once I got to the window and paid, the ask me to pull around and told me it was because they were making hot fries and rings for me……ok….I pulled around. 11 minutes later a person came out and I ask why the cooking on the fries and rings took so long. He responded that there was a large order BEHIND me and the need to get it out……the person AFTER me.

If I could leave a 0 I would I went through the drive thru tonight and ordered a bigger meal, when I got to the window employee forgot my drink I kindly asked her if I could have it, she gave it to me with and attitude, I pulled off to the side and checked my bag I then realized I was missing fries, she rudely said then pull around to the window when I got to the window employee shoved the bag at me and said when you have a big order you need to come through the lobby I was like I shouldn’t have to when drive thru is there for a reason she then said well I shouldn’t have to keep refilling my fry bin because you ordered multiple fry’s, I was like that’s your job mam and I have three babies in my backseat I can’t physically come in and if you wanted that to happen you should have told me that at the speaker when I ordered so that I could have gone else where! not when I came back to inform you that you forgot some items on my meal! I asked employee for her name and she told me no that due to your policy she doesn’t have to give her name, which is untrue! and she refused to give me a receipt,she then slammed the window shut I then called up to the store and asked again for employee name and she refused to give me her name, I feel like the employee was disrespectful and handled the situation very wrong! And no paying customer should be treated the way she treated me I spent $80 dollars at this location to be treated rudely! Not the best picture because she was hiding in the office.

this is a good place for quick friendly service in the drive thru. i typically only visit during breakfast time, but you can expect your order to be correct, the food to be fresh, hot and delicious. i love their biscuits and they have French toast sticks that are amazing with a light sprinkle of powdered sugar on top that sits it just above the other places that offer them. they also offer mobile ordering with their app which also offers deals and earns you rewards towards future purchases.

The food came pretty fast, which was impressive as I believe there were only 1-2 workers there. Unfortunately, one of the reasons for speed seemed to be because they used a microwave instead of a grill. The burger itself was nearly inedible.

Many years ago Hardee’s was my fast food place to go for a really good chicken sandwich and their many biscuit offerings. The other day I stopped for a quick lunch while I was waiting for my car to be repaired and I ordered the California burger and coffee. I was told no coffee available after breakfast is over. Really! People don’t drink coffee with lunch?
