Be careful. I’m pretty sure someone is running scams up here with debit cards. We have switched bank because it kept happening so often and now it’s happening again on my husband’s card it’s always on his. He don’t do online shopping. He has narrowed down the places he uses debit and this is the only place the card scan I s inside the window that he goes regularly. He goes in the morning only.

I returned to this Hardees during normal breakfast hours, and I have to say that it was better than my first experience: the breakfast burrito was delicious and well-portioned, and the has brown nuggets were hot and fresh. The only disappointing part was the coffee, and I have had some gnarly bad coffee–but this cup wasn’t even worth drinking. If the coffee didn’t taste like some back-alley plastic fire, I’d give the meal a solid five stars, but lord almighty that coffee was bad!

pulled up to this locations drive thru just before 7. I know it’s Easter but I wasn’t aware that they closed at 7. it would have been no issue if they said I’m sorry we are closing at 7 today we can no longer take your order but no….they asked if we wanted to try some new meal they have and I said yes. after I said yes I didn’t get any answer or anything tried ordering more even saying hello. no answer. pulled around to the window (which is where I found out they close at 7) and the lights were off and they all left. not a word nothing. talk about poor customer service if I would have known in the first place they were closing at 7 I would have said okay not a problem but when you come on the speaker and I proceed to order only to be met with silence. and when I drive around to see everyone has left….that’s a problem..

We used the drive-thru on 02/26/2023 at 5:24 PM. The young man on the intercom got flustered while taking our order. He copped an attitude and then a female abruptly took over for him. She got an attitude as well but most likely out of frustration with having to help the young man more than with us.

Why are they closing all the Hardee’s? If the attitudes of all employees match that of the girl running the drive thru at the Noland Road in Independence location they you have your answer. Maybe she had a bad day ♀️? Idk…. won’t stop me from getting my hot ham and cheese fix though….

Drove up and the lady asked if I wanted a steakburger. I asked how it was different from a normal burger and she became quite flustered. She guessed it was because it had A1 sauce. I went with a mushroom and swiss burger. Y’all it was bad. The bun was the cheapest quality you could get. The burger was like a McDonald’s value menu burger. The mushrooms were covered in what I hope was gravy. I couldnt taste the swiss. Well I couldnt taste anything in the burger, really.

Asked for my Frisco bun to get extra toasted and they gave it to me untoasted , went in and had the manager remake my sandwich and the cook said did I realize how long it takes to toast a bun , WOW!!!
