I’ve been to Hardee’s twice in my life. I went to this location and both times I spent a good amount of time trying to decide what I wanted. I was served by different cashier’s for each visit and they were both very friendly and patient with me and even gave suggestions. And the food was great both times! A lot of fast food places seem to struggle with customer service lately so it’s like a breath of fresh air to be helped by a well trained and welcoming staff.

Hardee’s breakfast beats any other fast food. Chic Fila comes close but their breakfast is not fast! If you come into work with Chic Fila breakfast, you are coming in late! Hardee’s biscuits are buttery mounds of flaky freshness and in your hand in 3 minutes if they are busy. The staff always smile or give a custom greeting. I’ve never once heard anyone forced to say “My Pleasure.” They’ve also fixed their adventure of a drive thru as well. No more pot holes.

I’m in my 60’s and have been a McD’s eater since I was a child. Raised my children on fast food. I must say I have been missing out!! Hardees has McD’s beat hands down! My hat’s off to a young man named Byron at Hardees on Country Club Dr in Jefferson City, Mo. The Store is Clean, the Service is Friendly and Fast, and the Prices are Great!! I get 2 breakfast Biscuits for the price of 1 at McD’s. Hardees definitely has a new full-time customer. With Byron and His Crew getting 5 Stars…Thanks Guys for always being there so I can enjoy my breakfast!!

Pot holes in drive thru will ruin a small vehicle. Deeper then the clearance between bottom of car and ground. Usually have to pull back around for missing food or cold fries/hash rounds. Place could do far better if a small amount of quality was of concern.

The food was not that great. The fries was cold an hard. The burger was little cool it said. If you had to wait to get your food you assume it had to be cook an it be hot when you get it. But no you have to wait on cold food Not impressed with this Hardee’s an I will not be coming back to this one here in the near future. Besides the young lady that was handling food getting it together put in the sack did not have on any gloves.

The biscuits and gravy and coffee we ordered was very good, and we got our food quickly. What made our experience enjoyable was Sarah, the Hardees’ employee who waited on us. She had a very pleasant personality and demeanor. She greeted us with a smile and also checked on us after we sat down to make sure everything was okay. Thank you, Sarah. It was a great way to start our morning.

I’m glad we were not able to order food there tonight. Closed before 9:30pm and supposed to close at 10pm. But hey, my Wendy’s Baconator with jalapeno bacon fries is delicious!!! Who knows how well the food would have been if they wanted to close that early. Thanks for not answering drive thru!! I’ll remember for next time!
