After many messed up orders I contacted Hardee’s corporate. They said I’d be contacted be the manager for a refund. Never happened. Its sad because they now are worse then McDonald’s when it comes to giving the correct order.

I took my grandkids there for dinner one night, my granddaughters birthday was in a couple days. The gentleman that took out order asked my granddaughter how old she was, she told him and told him how old her brother was also, then she told him her birthday was in 2 days. He told her happy birthday, then proceeded to give her her meal for free for her birthday.

Food is excellent when prepared correctly. Staff always friendly and helpful, even when something goes wrong, which is important, their customer service is on point. But when I’ve worked in food service I know what to expect, and often food is prepared/cared for wrong, and it really affects the quality of what a customer receives and can appreciate. I’d love to see the beer battered onion rings back but understand it’s not usually the store’s doing when special items go away, it’s usually corporate. Biggest issue beyond not always doing special order requests, is old grease in the fryers, yes I can tell. Many who have ever worked in food service can. And it matters. I don’t want to lose this restaurant. Quality is important when prices are so high. I love the dollar happy hour specials from 2-5 very kind in these times.

The food is always cold, unless you request hot and fresh fries. Travis the manager is very rude and unprofessional. He literally gets angry if you ask for fresh hot food..smh it’s crazy. I witnessed his horrible behavior..cussing and screaming. Awful. They’re going to continue to lose customers if they continue to not care about their service, food, or staff..
