Sadly I have consistently had bad experiences at this location. Either I have had to wait over 20 minutes for my order or it’s been poor quality or both. I will drive out of my way to go to Cabot if I want Hardee’s because they are consistently great. I feel bad for the employees because every time I go, they only have one person doing both drive thru and front line and only one person in the kitchen. If the managers would invest in their service and training employees maybe their reputation would improve and they might be able to earn people’s business back. When you have other businesses that are doing it right, it really puts the spotlight on what this store does wrong.

I had a 10 piece chicken tender meal delivered by doordash. The chicken is terrible. Most of it was just soggy. My kids and I couldnt eat it. The french fries were the same way. The only thing edible was the sweet tea. I do not recommend eating here again.

I got the biscuit and gravy. The biscuit was almost as hard as a hockey puck and jast as flat as it. I couldn’t eat it. Also got the sausage egg biscuit and the egg was DRIED out, sausage was burnt. Looked and tasted like it had been under heat lamp since 5 am. Go at own risk.

The staff sat around talking while there were 7 people waiting for their orders. Fast food that took 30 minutes to get cold and without napkins or condiments that were asked for. I won’t be returning. Hardees in Beebe used to be a good place. What happened?

This Hardee’s is one of the best in this area. The food is usually fresh. My wife and I usually go here because it is one of the best fast food chains in Beebe. I would definitely recommend it for a quick meal and polite service. My wife also likes that they still offer a hot ham and cheese. Also I us the reward program which is decent. I have been going to this location for the last few years and only have had a handful of minor issues. This location has been consistently decent compared to other fast food locations.

Terrible customer service, I walked in on Oct 3rd around 7:50 pm and I ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders w/ onion rings and a Strawberry shake. I was greeted and ordered taken. Then it took me close to 30 minutes to get my order I was walked passed by employees and the manager was more concerned with changing out the fryer than giving me my food. I sat trying to be polite and I watched my order come and get slid under the light with the rest of the food only the drive thru orders was moving none of the employees tried to update me on my order. Finally I got up disgruntled and say hey, My order has BEEN up why haven’t I gotten my FOOD! The cashier who was way to occupied with mopping the floor than giving me my order finally gave me my order after my shake by then whip cream was flat it took them so long with my order! I went on to get horrible food I got a 3 piece chicken tenders instead of the 5 that I paid for the onion rings were not even edible anymore and the strawberry shake was tasteless. My shake was pink but taste like the base of the shake. Overall a terrible experience I was really looking forward to enjoying my food. Bad dinning room experience.
