Went through here. Ordered a chicken biscuit. Got about 2 miles down the road and discovered a piece of egg in there about the size of a teaspoon so I turned around. Went back. Got my money back cuz they told me it would be 5 minutes before they could get the sandwich to me. Didn’t apologize. Didn’t have any excuse but this is the third time I have had a problem like this at this Hardee’s I think they are accustomed to people wheeling in off the interstate ordering and getting back on the interstate and not wanting to turn around and mess with the hassle of getting their food correct? But somebody needs to do something about this Hardee’s it is consistently absolutely horrible and you’re lucky. If you even get what you order, check your bag fries. The last time I got them there were and I am not exaggerating cold. Not even lukewarm but somebody needs to get a new manager in this place because this place is absolutely ridiculous

The Hardees in the Love Truck Stop in Searcy AR needs new counter help and/or a manager that has training in customer service. My husband wanted the advertised special $2.99 double stack cheeseburger. Nope. No patties. I wanted the chicken sandwich. Nope. Don’t offer it anymore. Not only are the prices posted wrong but some of the items shown aren’t even available. When we ordered a hamburger, small fries and a cup of ice, it should have been about $6. She charged us $10 and made it a combo. When asked about it, she complained that it wasn’t her fault, the POS was wrong, she’s been trying to get it fixed, blah, blah, blah. We asked for an explanation why she made it into a combo. She kept repeating the same garbage. Said she had to account for the cups (we both wanted ice only). I tried to tell her she shows on the receipt my ice was free, but she charged for his! Wouldn’t let me talk. VERY RUDE! When I asked for the manager, she said their name was ARI, and she was the manager. Oh, my goodness. You have more problems than you know. I suggest either a new manager or some serious customer service training. Will never step foot in this Hardees again!

Ordered two double cheese burgers. The original total came out to being around $7.00. The order totaled out to being close to $15.00 because of the store wanting to add a tip to a fast-food sandwich. When I refused to add on a tip, the manager became angry. I waited 18 minutes for the food, and when I got out to my vehicle, the hamburger was colder than the mayonnaise. I would not recommend a fast-food restaurant that requires the patrons to give tips prior to receiving service, nor would I recommend an establishment that requires a tip to someone who is ordering for carry-out, instead of dining in.

Really unprofessional night manager, cussing f bombs left and right to the customer. Just general conversation no arguments, bad bad , took over ten minutes to get food and not busy ! Will never go back! Looking at receipt cashier name is Kasie.
