Unacceptable to serve food that’s burnt. My husband and I ordered the Big Hardee meals. Both our burgers were burnt and dry yet there was so much mac sauce on the sandwiches the sandwiches couldn’t stay together. Also this is Hardees version of the Big Mac and it’s not even comparable the Hardees sauce had absolutely not one bit of flavor it was just messy and tasteless. We ordered regular fries and both received curly fries and my husband’s soda had no carbonation. Total disappointment $28.00 later I wish we would’ve went to McDonald’s.
