Their breakfast used to be my favorite, but now the food hasn’t been good at all. The egg and sausage are both usually cold, gravy watery, and hash browns usually burnt to a crisp, and the tea is getting worse and barley drinkable.

Managers and employees that are liked by the general manager and district manager can do whatever they want without getting in any trouble for it. One manager was trying to have a fist fight with another employee and they thought it was funny. They have been serving bad food and also have roaches would not recommend unless you want to get food poisoning

I’ve always loved the food and never had a problem here. But tonight the cashier messed up and instead of taking the L and paying the difference of her mistake, she took our cards and charged us even more than what we were meant to pay. It’s outrageous. It isn’t my fault you entered it in the system wrong. Now we have these charges on 3 separate cards.

I ordered me a large HI C orange drink and one of them peaches and cream pies. Both was very nasty. I couldn’t even drink my drink it tasted so bad. And the pie made me sick to my stomach. I will NOT be going back to the Hardee’s in Batesville AR. Also there was a car in front of me that was sitting there for atleast 10 minutes or more. They told me that my pie would take 7 minutes to cook. I told them thats fine. Soon as it was my turn to drive up to the window they immediately told me to pull up and they would bring me my order.

Never give franchise fast food more than three stars unless everything is on point , gravy was not mixed good had chunks but it was the only thing on my big breakfast platter that was hot , and the biscuit was good ,service was fast like toooooooo fast ill wait a few for fresh cooked meal

The employee at 3 am doesn’t know how to work a register. I said take $14 off one card and the rest off the other. She typed 4 instead of 14, forget to refund that $4. She proceeded to charge my card $10, the machine refused to take the 2nd card due to all the employee’s mishandling. We almost had to leave without food even after I paid $14, thank goodness we had a credit card. In the end, she over charged us $4, couldn’t manage a split pay and tried to refrain from giving us our order because of her own mistakes. Fire her, she’s totally incompetent.

I arrived at 5 am and the business had their dining room locked . Hardee’s business hours explicitly says dining room open 24/7 and Drive Thru 24/7 . On Google business hours . So that is false information that they are stating to the public about their business .
