Stopped by to grab a quick breakfast sandwich on my way out of town. Wasn’t sure the employee at the window knew what he was doing, but thinking he may have been new so am going ahead and giving a full 5 stars. He was pleasant, so do have to give kudos for that. The food was great. this may be ‘just a fast food restaurant’, but I do not know ANY place that has biscuits this good. They are always cooked the same. Just the right amount of crispness.

Have had nothing but bad experiences here, but I decided to give them another chance. Pulled up only car in the drive-thru, ordered, paid almost $22 for two meals, and had to pull up and wait five minutes. I get home, which is only two miles away, expecting a hot juicy ten dollar burger (literally $10), and I open the box to see brown lettuce sticking out the side. I open the burger and see more lettuce that’s starting to rot, one small piece of a tomato that smells like it’s starting to sour, half a dozen pickles, a couple onion’s that looked like they were soaking in water, a smear of what could have been watered down mayonnaise and or spit, and a hamburger patty that was cold to the touch. This “restaurant” is garbage. Why it’s still open is a mystery to our whole town.

Staying in town at the casino and wanted to get Hardee’s on the way to a winery. Upon arrival to the drive up there was a note on the speaker listing their new hours which contradicted the hours posted on Google. 4 p.m. SATURDAY and they had just closed. Don’t know when these new hours were implemented but they are updated now. You’re welcome!

It took 30 minutes for burgers. Then they left our half the order. They let my fries sit out for 15 minutes. When I ask to get new ones they said no. The place needs a remold too. Mold is all on the ceiling. Won’t be going back there.

The burgers here are great. I believe that Hardee’s makes the best fast food burgers. However they are not that fast. This past time that I was there I thought my order was way more expensive than what it should have been. Then they gave me my order and said “thank you have a nice day”. I said “I haven’t paid yet” then they took my money. No discount for being honest or anything like that. Not even a thank you. I’m sure I saved someone’s job that night by making sure their drawer didn’t come up short. But no. Not even a thank you. Still the burgers were delicious.

Service is absolutely atrocious here in siloam springs, ar. There is literally a line of cars parked waiting for their orders and I’m not talking about the ones in the drive thru lane. Just brought my food and no drink. For the fifth time had to ask what I wanted to drink. Either staff correctly and with competent associates or shut the thing down. Twenty minutes and still waiting. Would leave but it would be nearly impossible to get my money back.

I order a 3 piece chicken tender and what I received (unfortunately already home) was the smallest 3 piece tenders I have ever seen, the longest piece was appx 4” long and 3/4” thick. If you haven’t been there, don’t waste your money or your time

I went and ate there like a week or so ago. The food was ok i guess but the manager that runs the place he’s a big and tall guy. To me he doesn’t take his job very serious. He likes to joke around and play with the employees. I understand making the workplace fun but to me he doesn’t take his job serious. Maybe find somebody that takes their job serious and be professional when customers are around I won’t be back

I went today and they didn’t get my order right the first time and then they offered me a promo burger and I said no thank you because I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich and they still charged me that burger and they got the other burger I wanted wrong twice. I got home was just so disappointed and upset. Also when I reordered a burger because they didn’t get it right the cook just kept screaming. I hope you can get better training for your employees.
