Pulling flavors and techniques from the Northwest Frontier region of India to Fairbanks, Alaska, we have created a fresh yet authentic experience.
This is not your average Indian Bu et. We serve health-conscious food and never use food colors or MSG. The food retains all of its natural aromas. It becomes imbued with the richness of flavors that distinguishes the cuisine.
There are several vegetarian, cream-free, and gluten-free options. The curry blends are ground in-house.

Authentic, delicious, lip smacking food. I am from north India and can surely say that each and every food item we had was authentic, fresh and tasted best. Frankly, I have visited so many places but never had such tasty food before in US. Thali was amazing and even after leaving Fairbanks we were missing this food. Must visit if you are fond of Indian food. Pricing is slightly higher but that’s fine as long as fresh and authentic food is available in this place, it requires a lot of effort to provide such freshly made food. Thanks to chef.

Vegetable pakora was good (definitely sharing size) the mint chutney is amazing and really sets it apart. The paratha is thin, crispy, and good even when reheated. Lamb Biryani was fragrant, it was tasty but a little dry.

Well the food was very delicious and had a great time eating it. Especially the desert option on some orders. The wait time was very long but at least the food made up for the time. The price was agreeable and had not much of a problem ordering. Had to say it’s worth the price. (Also they seem to have a cute cat on the second floor)

The ambiance was great, and I went here looking forward to some great Indian food now that the other place in town burned down. However, the portions were ridiculously small for the price we paid for our food. Notably, the naan was the most disappointing naan I’ve ever had in my life. Practically a dried up tortilla with absolutely no flavor. For the price, this place was mediocre and I will not be returning. Save your money and get Indian food in Anchorage.

The best Northern Indian food (we asked lol)! We will definitely be back again! We took all our left over home and ordered additional naan bread to eat with our leftovers. My little boy loves everything, especially their masala fries. Customer service was awesome! Overall experience 10/10! Thank you for the wonderful food and service!
