What a great find! Hosting a Frenchwoman and a spice-loving vegan can be a challenge, but Harlow pleased everyone.

I stopped here just for a coffee although this is not really a coffee place. They have smoothies and other food stuff. Coffee wasn’t that great but the atmosphere inside the cafe was pretty great. The cafe was fully decorated with small and large plants. They have plenty of outdoor sitting. This cafe goes very well with the vibe of this neighborhood.

Very warm and friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and yummy food! I came here to enjoy some lunch with a friend who is a local. He highly recommended this place because I was craving something very nourishing and fresh. I was not disappointed! I had a quinoa apple with steamed kale and chickpeas with a garlic and tahini sauce and it was the perfect meal for what I was wanting. He had a quinoa and egg wrap that looked delicious as well. I would highly recommend, and will definitely be coming back!

The smoothies are of excellent quality and very fresh and flavourful albeit slightly overpriced in my opinion. They serve vegan friendly options for main dishes but I opted against it as the cafe was packed to the brim with no seating available on a Friday at lunchtime. There was already a long queue for my drink order and had to wait 15 minutes at least.

The vegan options are lackluster. The service is a average. I ordered avocado toast and a smoothie when it was pretty slow one morning and it took quite a while to receive my food. I was not impressed with the avocado toast.

When in Portland, do as the Portlanders do. That is to say, eat something plant-based, organic, locally grown, sustainable, and gluten-free. Well, we have to eat gluten-free anyway, so we gave this place a try when we visited Portland.

A great experience, amazing flavor. We had a Betty bowl with quinoa and added egg, and the Walnut chorizo quesadilla. Slight surprise that the quesadilla was not larger, but flavor made up for it.

While the wallpaper is very pretty, I feel the whole place has a chip on its shoulder and it’s over-priced (covid, inflation, portland, blablabla). Tipping does nothing to help the situation either – you walk around the corner from the order line only to find a sign screaming at you to bus your own dishes, recycle, and scrape food.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff! The smoothies and juices and cookies are really always amazing. I haven’t found one I don’t like, but the cooked meals are hit and miss, depending on what you order there could be mushy veggies, which as a vegan I really appreciate a well cooked vegetable. The quesadilla did not have much cheese but was still yummy if you didn’t think about the meal as a quesadilla.

Food was fantastic. Unique breakfast bowls!Woman who took our order was really short and snippy, would have been a 5/5 but…yeah they weren’t busy so not sure why they were having a day.
