The food could use less salt and longer cooking time. Although, the chicken was nice and crispy on the outside, it was salty and the inside was a bit undercooked. The sauce and fries were tasty. I’ve tried 3 times at this location and it just doesn’t meet expectations so I am not likely to come back.

Came here 2 weeks ago and ordered 4 wings, when I got home and realized how small the wings was I was pissed. However, today I decided to visit and like always they never fail to fail. Ordered 4 wings and they told me 20 min. Got there in 30. When I arrived, I heard the big yellow girl yelling my name and order as if she wanted me to hear her because prior to that she was telling the cook that an online order was sitting for almost 2 hours. She told him to transfer it to my order, then acted like they was making me fresh food. She can out and told me that they were just waiting on fries My food was cold lol they gave me the online order that was sitting and double fried my wings! It was horrible! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!

My family and I LOVE this place!!! We’re from Chicago and we think this is the best fried chicken out here! People out here complaining about silly things like too many fries!! Sometimes there’s a wait but not always.. but if there is, the wait is always worth it. We wouldn’t change a thing.

This is my first one star instead of four stars here. Although the gentleman working was polite he still denied my order at 9:28pm, two-minutes before the kitchen closed. He even acknowledged the time when I showed him my phone and explained I just got off work and came straight there.

Great food, old memories came back when I had to go to the city and get it off at the Dan Ryan and 71st Street. Food is great and worth the wait, because if you want freshly cooked food, either call in advance, or simply wait because it’s very much worth waiting for.
