Got here at 8:10 because I look up Dolton instead of South Holland and thought they were open till 9. But someone saved the day was kind enough to sell me their meal very appreciated! It was so hot and fresh just amazing. I haven’t been able to get here in over a year. We drove 2 hours for this food!

Ordered 4 wing dinner. All wings appeared to be old or reheated. One wing had at least 3 long feathers. Did not take it back as I had no way to go back there. Wish I could attach a photo of the wing with feathers. Disgusting!

Cashier Riley has some of the best customer Service I’ve received in fast food! She called everyone by name using Mr. Or Mrs. She is definitely an example of what great customer service looks like. Harold’s you have a true gem keep her happy!

The Chicken from here be bussin BUT the customer service is horrible. You’re almost better off not calling at all at this Harold’s Chicken because you will be wasting your time on the phone waiting for them to hang up on you. However… the chicken is still really good no cap.

It’s so disappointing when you order your fish fried soft and you get home and it’s fried so hard until you can’t eat part of it. It’s going to be a long time before I go back if at all. Sorry but I like to get what I pay for.

I got a surprise with my food from Harold’s South Holland today…A GLOVE IN MY FOOD!!! I called Harold’s of South Holland and some teen answered the phone and I told him that I have a complaint and I need to speak with the manager. He said “go ahead with your complaint.” So I asked “are you the manager” and he hesitantly said “yes.” I said “no you’re not!” He said, “Well I can relay it to the manager.” I told him, “ok make sure you relay the message to THE MANAGER just in case you decide not too, I’ll go ahead and leave a pic and review.” Disgusted! Done with Harold’s of South Holland.
