I’ve been there twice just thought it may have been just the staff on that shift, but no it’s all of them because if management is rude and disgusting towards people because they’re asking about they’re order that’s taking too long then I can only imagine the regular crew workers. I’m 32 years old and sat and waited for my order only to watch an older guy walk up to the counter and get treated with so much disrespected and was being treated as if he was bothering her and he’s a paying customer. Everything about this place is bad and the nerve of them to have a “under new management” sign smdh totally bad business and gives Harold’s a bad name!!

Ordered 10 wing dinner and ended up getting 9wings. Some of the wings were very dark and old, and they put my slaw in container on side of chicken so the top ended up popping open. Plus you only get one small sauce for all them wings and get charged for it if they don’t out it on your food.

The owner was in the building he decided that he was going to fry some chicken two young ladies standing in the lobby wanted some chicken and a meal I waited about 1 hour for my food which is totally unacceptable then to get the chicken and it wasn’t the best was also a negative one what a horrible experience

This is my second time coming here and when I came in the lady was on her cell phone talking to her friend and each time i came here I was told it was a 25 min wait ended up waiting a hour for my food fries was hard and cold the lady at the counter was rude and the man that was in the back saying we don’t drop food again and we don’t remake I will never go back and encourage my family and friends not to as well.
