Middle aged black women with no customer service skills was very rude and ignorant on 06/17th @2:50 pm. I Attempted to call in my order but was told I had to give my card number over the phone(which banks do not recommend for fraud purposes) Arrived to the store a short time later and was told a 30 min wait, I advised her I tried to call in my order but credit card number was requested, which is not good to do for a Customer and she replied “cause y’all play too much, call in orders and don’t pick up.” I asked her who is “y’all “, people of the same skin tone as yours?? She asked if I’m sure I want to place an order cause she’s busy, so i walked out and proceeded to the Monee location, which is less ghetto, had better food, cost less and most importantly, people who work there that appreciate my business and know how to act accordingly!!! Also there has been several carjackings at the Chgo Heights location, security guards are needed to get chicken, smh! Terrible location and need to be closed!!

I had the pleasure of giving this Harold’s a try today. I was skeptical because of the older reviews but once I saw that it was under new management I decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did! I was completely impressed with the customer service. From the phone call where I placed my order to my service when I picked it up was wonderful. They were cheerful and eager to assist. Baby then I got home and tried my food! It was Hot and Fresh, The sauce was right and My order was correct! You guys definitely gained a new customer out of me. Thank you again!

I willlll never come back they gave me old dried up wings they had more than enough time to drop some new ones I would of took them back but I was going to a graduation so don’t eat out of here I wish I would of read the reviews first just a waste of money and if the chicken look like this all the time they should close down and I bought this 3/25/23 @310 wish I don’t have to push no stars

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered through DoorDash. I ate only one piece of chicken, but not the whole thing. It started to get chewy and I realized it wasn’t cooked fully through. I ended up getting food poisoning from it. I’ll buy from them again.

My food was really good and cooked perfectly. My biggest complaint was the 1 hour wait time for my order. The customer service needs more work they could be more welcoming especially when customers are waiting almost an hour for food.

Came in at 7:30pm, was asked can I take your order. I requested the 16 piece mixed. She then said we’re closed, and we stop taking orders. I said but it says you close at 8pm. She only said they were closed, because I ordered a 16 piece mixed, and not something quick like wings. The window light display said open, and no where near 8pm closing time. Should have said you were closed at first.

If you order pickup and want your food order correct. Please check and check again. They have gotten my order wrong the last 3 times I ordered off delivery. So I don’t do the delivery anymore. They won’t get it right. I pick it up and check. 1st time. Forgot my pops. 2nd time didn’t put sauce on any of the food or send on side. 3rd time forgot my small catfish I ordered. Uber replaced my money. But the point is they do delivery orders wrong all the time
