Every time we stop by at the Dunkin donuts next door we’re always saying we’re going to try this place. We ordered a 8 piece mixed with lemon pepper and hot sauce on the side. We waited about 30 minutes for the food which for me I think it’s excessive for an 8 piece. Chicken was descent enough for me to want to order again but next time I will order ahead of time.

Harold’s which is the number one chicken chain in Chicago. Love the food always. My favorite is turkey tips the sauce really brings the flavor of the meat out. But for some reason their prices are a bit high. I understand the inflation but dang . I ordered fries mushrooms and a mouth full of sauce in one of those little containers(1.50) $12. Well I guess one time won’t kill me because I’m not a fast food eater. But I like their food only at this one spot.

First off customer service was horrible the lil gurl at the counter attitude was awful.. I asked if she was having a bad day she said no, was just rude took my order wrong then got mad when she had to make adjustments (smh) then a young lady came to my help out she was more presentable but went to say y’all not from out here after I ask sub of fries since I DNT eat cold slaw which is included in the dinner..I seen this place at the Skydeck museum on the must taste wall. The rib& chicken was good fries was not. I’m from Cali and love seasoned good food. If ever your in Los Angeles visit House of Hawkins Burgers.

I keep going back just cause I like the wings but I’ve noticed how they treat latino customers. We always get our food last and we always get an attitude from the people taking the orders. The last time that I went my wings barely had any sauce and like always even though I ordered before the 10 other people waiting for food I got mine last.

The Ghetto and no customer service experience! I use to come here back in the day when they first open. It was a very nice respectful place. But now it has some new guffys in there poor customer service from the front to the back. I will never come here again everyone seems to have nasty attitude very rude and disgusting. Place smell like weed and to top it off cashier looked like she was as high as she could be as if she didn’t here a word I was saying to her. She was just standing in a zone. Then the boy-girl in the back I’m talking to her asking her something and she put the bag of food in front of my face as if she doesn’t here me and than I kindly as her again and she yells yeah. Ok you want a be boy. These hands of mine hit hard yeah . I want never attend to this ghetto again.

OMG! Weekends are extra special when I pick up an order of Harold’s Chicken 87th Kedzie small rib tips. Every time I’ve had them… the texture, portion size, the temp and especially the sauce are all on point. I’m sorry, but they’re technique is knocking out the local bbq pits. No competition BABY! It’s beyond delicious.

Just bought Two orders for two breast dinners. Once I arrive home warm them up and took a bite and the Salt was very strong. I can’t take a chance to go there again. Salt is a number one killer. I ate it because I invested to much money to just throw away and I don’t feel like riding all the way back and argue about quality of product. I will not go back.
