I literally just sat here at work bragging on how good the food is and I was disappointed. I don’t know if it’s because you all were ready to get off or what but my coworker received an old egg roll and my special fried rice not even fried. The ride is YELLOW. This is something I’ve never experienced with this restaurant.

This place is terrible. I ordered it off of DoorDash around 9 right before closing and they just threw a random order in the bag all cracked up messy and cold to give to my dasher. It was the wrong order first and secondly it was a mess! Then when I called them about actually getting my order, they tell me it has nothing to do with them.Never comn here again bro.

Y’all talking bout the best d*mn rice in the city! Y’all I would not lie to you! I drive 30 mins for these boxes of goodness. True authentic flavor is absolutely amazing. Surprisingly on a Friday they weren’t as busy as normal but the service is always quick. I would suggest calling ahead if you don’t wanna wait cause your food will be made fresh. I’m actually headed back down there for LoMein for another day in a row. Prices are definitely fair we got all this plus a egg roll and two Pepsi’s for $20! Yes nobody does it like Stl!

I have been going to Harold’s for years and it just keeps getting better with time! Their duck legs are to die for! They are cooked so tender and flavorful. I had a hankering for some fried rice and everybody can’t cook it like I like it but Harold’s did not disappoint me! I live on the south side of the city and will gladly make that drive to Union and get me some Chinese food from them. I ate the fried chicken wings on the way

I ordered deluxe lo mein & thank God I’m not alergic to crabmeat. It was definitely crab lo mein. No meat at all! Very disappointed. Exactly why I patronize others & this is in my neighborhood. Customer service is the absolute worse. It’s been a mess since Harold passed away. Oh did I mention I always call in & get there and still have to wait. ‍♀️Some how they always mess up my order but my sister & mom food is always good if they stop by my house with it.
