This place is ghetto but the food is decent. Seasoned well if nothing else. Between the loud fans due to no ac and the loud music playing I’m that’s pretty much the ambience. Wait times are TERRIBLE. Was told 15 minutes and waited 45!!! Call early folks.

I had the lemon pepper wings with mild sauce and it was GREAT!!! The price was reasonable. The wings are small like Harolds in Chicago but the taste is amazing. The wait was pretty reasonable for a Friday evening.

I would have given 0 stars but you have to put something in order to write a review. Harold’s is a place that I have been ordering from Uber eats and DoorDash for the past few months. For the most, the orders have been good. So much so that I order from them an average of 4 times a week. I’ve even shared my food from them with my coworkers. My coworker was so impressed that she offered to drive AND to buy both our lunches from Harold’s yesterday. I ordered from my DoorDash app so it would be ready by the time we got there. It took 20 minutes to get there. We waited another 26 minutes for the food to be done. When my coworker gave me my bag, I immediately noticed the bag wasn’t hot. If anybody has ordered fried fish and fries and had to wait 46 minutes for it, you’d expect it to be hot out the grease. When I opened my bag to my astonishment the fish was hard and cool. The fries were a dark brown and crunchy. If I had received this from a DoorDash delivery, I would’ve blamed it on DoorDash. But an actual employee at Harold’s establishment look my coworker in the face and handed her a 46 minute bag of deception!! How could you do that to a customer??! Why not just say you didn’t have it and refund the money. And where in Hell did you get it from since it was clearly not freshly cooked???!! And you wonder why some black people don’t support black businesses. Color is really not the issue. Cause you should not have served that to anybody! What if I was feeding my children?! One thing I will do since I work with the public and meet dozens of different people a day is tell people about our service there. I hope the choice Harold’s employee made was worth it. My hope is that you never prosper until you realize that was a dastardly thing to do.

Extremely small wings. I ordered 10 hot wings and 10 lemon pepper, they don’t come fully covered, the hotwings are also breaded. Also, The bread was soaked in hot sauces. The chicken was salty. I really gad high hopes for this place

This place is a ghost kitchen on wings wings wings on GrubHub. French fries was soggy . Lemon pepper chicken was also soggy and extra greasy had to add to the air fryer this the grease at the bottom of the container.

It was just ok to me. We had the wing and catfish nugget combo.. I’m not sure exactly what I was expecting but whatever it was, this wasn’t it. There was nothing special about the chicken or their special sauce. The catfish nuggets were pretty good. I would give them another try just to confirm my initial feelings but I’m not expecting anything to change. If it does I will surely update this review.

My sister told me about this place like 2 months ago and I haven’t stopped eating here since. I personally love how they cook my wings “crispy crispy hard” and they come through every time. The koolaid so good tooooo!!! VERY NICE PLACE.

We ordered thru door dash. We went to pick up and it was another 40 mins for the food. The food finally was ready and it was terrible. It wasn’t hot at all the fries was dark and old, the fish was not fresh and it tasted horrible. We ordered fish baskets and it seemed like we got scraps of the bone and tail of the fish.

People u are truly missing out on something special this harolds is amazing I’m from Chicago and when I say it’s good it’s good almost brought tears to my eyes . the memphis restaurants don’t take pride in they food anymore the chicken was excellent fish was to but the mild sauce oh my only place I can say that truly taste like Chicago and the staff is very friendly will truly be back I thought I was on 127th and Halsted in chicago job well done u guys on milbranch nailed it
