I picked up my first order from HB and the guy at the counter says, “Do you need anything other than mayo and ranch?” As most would, I assumed that means it has been provided with the take out. Mind you, I ordered a cheeseburger and jalapeno poppers. To my surprise there’s no mayo and no ranch provided in my order. I called to ask what the hell I’m supposed to do now? The guy I spoke with had little to no concern. I was so shocked I just hung up before I let my emotions get the best of me.

We came with a large group 45 minutes before closing. We asked about serving us all. They said absolutely. The food was delicious. There are so many amazing options for sides and sandwiches. They were fast in bringing out our food and it was all done perfectly. One of our sons had a little issue in the bathroom and I asked if I could clean it up for them. The young man said absolutely not. He was so kind about everything. I was so impressed with the service and the kindness of the workers.

The food was good and appetizing. Remember to grab condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo) for your to go sandwich if you don’t like it dry. Meat seemed to be juicy and buns were looking good. My dog’s burger was slightly undercooked, but I just fed around that.
