I had the Izzy Sampler gluten free, that is no croutons and no bun. It was delicious as always. The shrimp cocktail will clear you sinus and the filet was cook prefect. If you are flying out of the B gate take that short walk over to A gate and try Harry and Izzy’s

The best airport breakfast restaurant experience! A must visit spot at the Indianapolis International Airport! Be sure to try their farmers breakfast: bacon, two eggs, fried potatoes, and toast! I highly recommend their world famous shrimp cocktail, featuring their sinus clearing horseradish (cocktail sauce)! Had dinner the evening before at St. Elmo’s. Exactly the same sized shrimps and cocktail sauce. By the way, you can purchase full size bottles of this cocktail sauce, which can be taken with your checked in luggage.

Was told to try this place and wasn’t disappointed, because let’s be real, they been around awhile. Shrimp cocktail is a must and the filet sliders are easy top 2 for sliders, maybe first by a hair. Best drink on the menu has to be the elmos cola, hands down. Little more than other airport restaurants but entirely worth it. Also they and other stores in the airport sell their sauces and seasonings. FYI no reservations.

Great lunch experience. Had Izzy’s Plate, which consists of 3 pieces of Horse Radish heavy Shrimp Cocktail, a very adequate Caesar Salad, and 2 tiny Sliders. I had one Chicken and Fillet slider. Although the sliders were delicious, the meat portion size was marginal in size, the Chicken was definitely lacking. If you’re from the South West, the Shrimp Cocktail isn’t as hot as it’s made to be, but quite adequate in heat. There ARE a few hot spots, thus, BE READY for the heat.

It was a nice restaurant but out in the open in the airport so not much on atmosphere. But the food was outstanding. Had the best burger I’ve had in years. Not the best airport burger . . . the best burger anywhere. Unbelievably good burger like it came from a premium steakhouse (which it did). The tomato soup was creamy and delicious. Service was good. I’ve made a note for myself anytime I’m in the IND airport to go there.
