I normally love this establishment. Ever since they changed to door dash and I keep getting the same, dark skinned driver – I don’t know his name, he drives an older van. He literally destroys the pizza EVERY time he delivers it. He needs to get fired asap. Next time he shows up, I will get his name and report him. Ten pizza deliveries from him and the pie is smashed, squished, completely destroyed – never the way Harry’s normally delivers their pie.

Went in to get a large meatball sub and small fries. According to the board and website, thats a 15.75 cost, with 6.25% tax should be 16.73…yet it cost 18.26. They are now charging fees to the customers for their cost of doing business. If you use a card that is a 4% addition. That takes it to 17.39. No one can tell you why the extra charge that gets it to 18.26, nor does anyone there care.

I got to tell you, this place makes the best pizza around. I was searching for a Domino’s (I like their pizza) and my GPS brought me here by mistake. Am I ever glad it did. The taste is incredible. I also have noticed that it was much better than the pizza from the Harry’s Pizza in Northbridge where I live. Not sure why, but there it is!

I ordered a pizza for takeout a few days ago, when I walked in not only did they pretend they hadn’t gotten my order (i literally called to place the order) but they claimed I was lying. So after waiting an extra 20 minutes for the pizza to be made, they gave me the wrong one, I asked for multiple toppings and got a cheese pizza… Of course I noticed this after I got home, so when I called to figure it out and see if maybe I got someone else’s pizza, the teenager on the phone didn’t care, and I asked to speak to the owner or manager. The owner introduced himself as Tom, right before telling me to “deal with it” and that it was “out of his hand”, he then hung up on me. This is unacceptable. Do not go to this pizza place. Sooooo unprofessional!!!!!

Highly recommend! We stopped for lunch after a visit at the Southwick Zoo and the food was phenomenal! It was well priced and absolutely delicious! The place was small and you order at the counter before you sit. The staff was very friendly and personable and they helped make our experience a great one. We’ll definitely stop again next time we go to the zoo! Thank you, Harry’s!
