Amazing small town dining experience here. Loved the simplicity of their menu and the kindness of the staff. Multiple servers greeted us and checked on us throughout the night. The filet prices were incredible and the steak tasted great. Very fun little stop off I90.

Excellent food for the value. Service was great. Husband and I stayed the night in Hartford as we were traveling and this is a must stop restuarant! My husband had the hot beef sandwich and swears it’s one of the top meals he’s had in his life. I had the filet mignon which was very good. The brownie with ice cream was also really good.

I must have been taken by the friendliness of South Dakota folks. Everyone I met was so nice. My meal was awesome. Fluffy baked potato, soft bread (I dunked in the au jus). A crisp salad and the tender prime rib. You don’t need my review. You got to get there early, there is always a line waiting to get in.

Wonderful dining experience. Being from Wisconsin, I’m a bit of a supper club connoisseur… Lol. This had every element of a Wisconsin supper club. Walking in, I felt like I was back in the supper clubs of old. Greeted by a friendly hostess and weight staff. I was there on a Saturday night and was handed a small menu with the different sizes of prime rib. With the prime rib, you get a wonderful wedge salad baked potato with all the fixings, freshly homemade bread and any side that you want to go with the prime rib. I had the sauteed mushrooms with head to fantastic taste to them. I didn’t have any dessert but saw a few go by including a brownie with ice cream. Had I saved room, I would have opted for a good old fashioned Grasshopper ice cream drink. The wait staff were all friendly and hustling around to get everybody served and seated. Definitely will go back and enjoy the Hartford Steak Co.!

We had prime rib dinner and it was amazing. The meat was tender and juicy came with a bake potato and lettuce wedge salad.we got there around 5 and when we’re leaving the place was full.
