The food is good but $14.99 is very high for some one on a tight social security budget and she didn’t even say anything about a senior discount my husband was at the same location and he said he got a senior discount his buffet price was $7.99 I paid double and I was alone.

Okra was as hard as a rock. To serve that to a customer is not right. They must have refried them. The chicken was a little bit better. The rolls had not risen prior to cooking. I will be driving further to another Hartzs from now on. I also believe if frying chicken is not your specialty you should get out of the business. The fish also had a lot of hard crust.

This place is awful to say the least. Buffet looks like it was ran through by a pack of wolves. The chicken was old and didn’t look like the other cooked chicken. Not sure what language they were speaking but it was not English. My next call is going to be to the Health Department. LOOKS LIKE IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN THE LAST FIVE YEARS.

We ordered a 19 piece family special and the chicken was SPOILED, like it literally stink. The chicken was returned still hot and she argued with us that the food was not bad. She said I’m counting the pieces and I will refund then refused to refund the money. DISGUSTING, do not eat here.

This place must be struggling financially. They’re limited on the hot wings, per order only. It looks like to save on money they have cut personnel and have their 10 yr boy running the cash register. A couple running this place are trying their best to keep with buffet line but while I was here, they had no coleslaw available at the time; and the ice machine was empty. Had to request for a cup of ice. Hope they can revamp and improve this place or else it will shut down

Some of the worst food I’ve had from any Hartz franchise! Considering it was straight up dinner time everything should have been hot and fresh, but no. My 2-piece all-white tasted like it had been sitting a while, and the skinny breast was mostly breading/crust with little flavor. The 7 tenders hubby received were TINY, as was the wing on my dinner. They were out of okra, mashed potatoes were watery, and they forgot to pack the additional rolls we had paid extra for. We got our meals to go, but noticed signs at the register stating, “No refund on buffet.” Two fellows paid for buffets while we were picking up our order but then asked the staff to please put out more food as not much was on the serving line. They were told to “eat what was there.” We will never stop at this location again. Waste of money.
