AWESOME! We had a very large order for a family party….50 chicken tenders and 24 fish filets and sides. We ordered the day before, it was done in time, and we even ordered 24 more tenders and 12 more filets at pickup. They were very helpful and all was done efficiently. The food is always so delicious.

First off, I never knew a “chicken buffet” existed. With that said, the price of buffet was quite high at $15 for just myself(drink included). Nothing was labeled on the buffet line so some of the stuff I had no clue what it was, and some items had the appearance of something I leave in restroom after eating taco bell. But the food I did know was quite good, and the meats were decently cooked/flavored, I would have liked to get some spicy tenders but they don’t do this. The 4 styles of chicken I ate were cooked well, the staff was non attentive, but luckily the sweet tea made up for that.

We came at about 7P on Sunday & even tho they said they close at 8:30, they started cleaning up & closing the buffet around 7:30P. Most of the food tasted as if had been under the heat lamp way too long tho the fish was very good! I think it would be better if we’d arrived earlier (I hope).

The restaurant is very clean however the food has no flavor, and most of the chicken was dry and we came at 5pm who I’m would be the start of the dinner rush also all they give you is styrofoam plates, and plastic silverware

Went on a Tuesday and it was BUSY! I placed the order, waited in line to pay for about 3 minutes, get to the window and am told it’d be a 10 minute wait. So, I wait (why not? I’m listening to an audio book so I don’t mind) i set the timer for 10 minutes and to my surprise it is exactly 10 minutes when the cashier brings out our food. Piping hot fried okra, fresh biscuits, and crunchy chicken. I bring it home and it’s just as good as it smells. Nice!

Food was dry and hard, over priced, some stuff they ran out of and never made more, they started taking all the food away and closing up an hour before their sign said they were supposed to close (10 mins after we walked in and paid for 2 buffets) found multiple hairs in a piece of fried chicken as they were closing, and i left after that….place was gross, and very poor service, definitely not ever going back

Employees wearing flip flops also at work. The one in Texas City is much better and cheaper. Texas City also does buffets to go. Texas City buffet with a drink is $8.99 This Hartz is $12.89. A $4 difference. Ridiculous. Sides are not all that good.
