This was by far the best Hartz chicken place I’ve eaten at.I haven’t had chicken this good and fresh, let’s talk about crispness yesssss loved it. I will definitely give this location a 5 very clean even outside the area was cleaned .The young man wiped down tables the whole time we were there. Young lady who took our orders was very friendly. We enjoyed the buffet chicken came right out the grease piping hot. Busy drive through seems like a popular place alot of people came in.

The BEST FRIED CHICKEN IN TEXAS! Cooked perfect! When I don’t feel like cooking fried chicken at home I drive a short distance to Beaumont, always walk inside into a clean cool lobby and order, they have always asked if I minded waiting for a Fresh batch (10 minutes) to be cooked, I happily don’t mind waiting, trust me it’s worth the wait! My first time going was today, my husband went earlier in the week and of course I bit his but his chicken. I had to see for myself so I got the drive thru special which consisted of a 3 piece, roll and a drink. The food was hot and fresh, I drove 10 mins back to my job and still had to use the roll to nit burn my fingers off. I didn’t go inside. Service was fast. I will go back. I only have pics of the aftermath unfortunately

Staff seem ok ,but not attentive enough to realize that we still wanted the orka ,after we changed order for more fish , which was not as delicious as the Hartz in Liberty . Very disappointed . The fish was horrible . Cooked in what was old tasting g oil . My husband is a certified chef , the batter was terrible and seemed reused. We would have brought it back by we are at the YMBA FAIR as vendors. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

First time going there. Went with about 12 people after church. Tables and booths have seating for 4 people. Staff and management could be a little friendlier. Overall food was good.

I purchased a 9 piece dark today and when I got home the chicken was not fresh . Seems like it had been sitting all day. Hard, dry to the point the meat was hardly there., Nothing but skin. I will not be going back there anymore. And to think that I drove all the way across town to get it. Thanks but no thanks.
