I live in Greenville but was passing through and picked up the large oriental salad and added salmon on top. IT WAS SO DELICIOUS that I will be coming back to Greer JUST TO EAT HERE. The staff was working so hard on a steady Saturday night so I’m giving them a shout out!

Grilled cheese was good. Salads were healthy and delicious as well, but too pricey for the quality. Customer service could be better. My old MIL asked for silverware and they replied with “it’s inside” – – good customer service would say “is it’s inside but I’ll go get you some” as it was not busy at all.

I’m so happy I saw the banner hanging on the backside of this restaurant while on my walk around the city park, otherwise I may have missed this gem. I had the oriental bowl with seared ahi tuna and it was outstanding. The small bowl was plenty for lunch and I am known to eat quite a bit. It took a little time to get my bowl, but the tuna was seared per order, so it was fresh and totally worth a small wait.

My new favorite spot to eat at this mouth watering, freshly made lunch! Right near the heart of downtown Greer, this cozy restaurant is completely gluten free and allergy friendly! Chicken cooked fresh in the open kitchen for viewing. Ingredients from fresh avocado to these amazing roasted edamame. I got a small bowl with chicken and a side of roasted veggie variety for about $16. Last time I had the pleasure of trying one of their gluten free house made cookies…should have gotten one again! 12 out of 10, will go back again!

Tucked on the backside of Greer City Hall and Park, in the heart of downtown Greer, Harvest Kitchen is exactly what our health-conscious family has been waiting for! With a fantastically perfect mix of high content fruits and vegetables and flavors that tantalize one’s palate, one will walk out of Harvest Kitchen feeling amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Healthy awesomeness! My daughter, while home from college, and I stumbled upon the spot while walking our dogs in Greer. We both had the smoothie bowls which were delicious and very filling. Neither of us could finish, despite our want to. I will be back frequently. Bright, light, and airy, a very welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Must try it, if you haven’t

I had a delicious Mediterranean grain bowl here that was gluten-free. The owner has celiac and the menu is gluten-free. They also have smoothie bowls, salads, their signature grain bowls and you can make your own. They had seasonal soup as well. You can dine inside or on their patio. It is not fast food – it took about 20 minutes for them to prepare the fresh dish and it was busy.

Found a wonderful healthy restaurant right in the heart of downtown Greer SC. My friend and I both ordere the signature bowls with Salmon. I ordered large Harvest Bowl and she ordered small Mediterranean Bowl. We both had enough left over for two more meals. Staff was very friendly. We will be back to try the soup and grilled cheese sandwich.

My food was fresh and I got the small bowl but it was a big portion, plenty for lunch. I got the southwest bowl and didn’t realize a meat wasn’t included, but I didn’t miss it! We ate inside, it was clean and sleek. I noticed they have an outside patio too but we didn’t check that out. Definitely a good lunch spot if you’re nearby!

So far I’ve tried the Oriental Bowl with peanut dressing and the Oriental Bowl with grilled chicken and Dill Ranch dressing. I highly recommend the latter, as the peanut dressing is a bit overwhelming (coming from someone who enjoys peanut sauce on Thai food).
