We love Mountain Lake, who wouldn’t. There was a room mix up for us, and it was cold and rainy, so we got a bumpy start to our one night stay, celebrating our anniversary. However, the chef made up for it. The bison burger and the short ribs were amazing.

We had the elk and the trout and we both got sick after. The fried green tomatoes were good. It also took us awhile to get seated even though there were only 2 other tables there. Some music for ambience would have been nice.

My family and I came here for a dirty dancing weekend and the buffet was fantastic! There were plenty of options and everything we tried was delicious. The desserts were yummy too. The musicians helped make it a lovely atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back!!

Excelente. Harvest restaurant at the Mountain Lake Resort is a great restaurant. Food was executed extremely well and the atmosphere is quiet and classy. Soft and quiet live music would have been nice. Also the waitstaff seemed short handed and slightly green for so nice a place. I think my favorite thing was sitting in the corner with my baby!

Stayed at Mountain Lake Lodge for our Honeymoon. Ate at Harvest Restaurant the first night won’t be going back. Ordered stuffed mushrooms they were cold when we got them. Then paid $40 for a steak that had lots of fat and no side dish… The side dishes were extra. The service wasn’t the best seeing we were the only ones in the restaurant. The view from the restaurant was the only good thing about the whole experience.

We chose to eat and get a couple of salads and 2 Bloody Mary’s without realizing the menu or drinks were not the quality of the indoor restaurant at the same location. Pretty expensive and not that great. Great atmosphere though.

Nice atmosphere and good service. I thought the food had a great flavor. I ordered the pork loin and was pleased with it, but wish they would provide a side or some veggies with the meal as it was just meat. Other than that, I would definitely recommend coming here for a nice night out!
