Our waiter was amazing. He was very friendly and took care of our needs. As for the food I had the hunters skillet and it just wasn’t good. Had all the ingredients, but the flavor was lacking. My wife is vegan and she enjoyed her meal. Also a good point is they have a very extensive vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free menu. So if you have a specific dietary need this is a good spot.

This place was simply phenomenal!!! First visiting them and was not disappointed whatsoever! I apologize for not remembering our waitress name, but she was on point! Ups have the option to eat inside or out, and we chose to sit inside. Food comes out quickly, hot and ready to be enjoyed after saying Grace! Amen! The chicken & BACON infused waffle I had was incredible. The chicken was moist, crispy & flavorful! Added just a lil touch of hot sauce (like I always do when it comes to this meal) to my chicken. The waffle is airy & fluffy but had like a crisp to it that I really enjoyed! It comes with a melted brown sugar, caramel syrup that wasn’t too sweet. The Cinnamon Bun Stack…OMG!!! That was so good, my wife fork continued to come across the table and I didn’t mind one but! The crispy edges from the caramel sauce mixed the fluffy pancake with the drizzle on top of the cream sauce, is definitely a “Happy dance” reaction in your seat! I My wife had the Goblin Skillet. This dish right here was everything! Looks like a lot of food, but it doesn’t leave you feeling heavy or weighed down at all. It was fulfilling with a lot flavor. Roasted peppers, onions & corn mixed well with the riced cauliflower and chopped chicken thighs that were moist throughout! Wasn’t disappointed at all and it was enough for her to take home. I give it all a 5 Hand Clap reaction of approval! Can’t wait to go back and try something else from their delicious menu! Give them a visit if you haven’t yet!

You must try their Scotch Eggs! Hard boiled egg wrapped in their special sausage, coated with panko and lightly fried. Topped with mayo/Dijon and an avocado drizzle. Make sure to get the sweet potato hash browns. Best breakfast meal ever! It’s truly edible art.

This isn’t my first rodeo with this business. I often visit the Palos park location. This is my first time at this location and I have to say I’m impressed. The Chef who made my Beyond burger with caramelized onions and mushrooms OMG now this is best vegan burger I have tasted to date. Wow it was perfect. I definitely cried of gratitude. I want to hire the person who made my burger to be my personal chef. Now those vegan French toast OMG another moment to cry they were so good.

Grass Fed Beef! Farm to Table is a win for me. I got the brisket sandwich and hubs got the Chick Norris sandwich and bother we’re great. Coffee had fresh cream. Kids burger was fresh and done well. Sweet potato fries were done to perfection. Next time we’ll try the mimosas. Wait time wasn’t terrible but be prepared especially on a Sunday to wait a little bit.

Firstly I came to this location based on all the good reviews. But my experience was not good. I sat at the bar and the bartender comes out and instantly ask if I’m ready to order. No hello. Didn’t even tell me her name just straight to the point. I politely ask for a second to look at the menu. She comes back and I ask if their diced potatoes are any good. She says “ I mean they’re diced potatoes” I been to plenty of places where the diced wasn’t as good as the hash or vice versa. But as a server myself you’re supposed to help the guest and guide them into picking a good meal. She brings my food. Never ask if I needed anything. Never asked how my food tasted nothing. I basically was just there for her. But I’m sure she expects a good tip from me. Welll I accept great service. I work hard for my money and when I spend it at a restaurant I expect to be treated like I’m wanted there. She never check on me. She stood in front of me on her phone and loudly 4*s I had to say “ excuse me “ just to get her attention from off her phone. I had to ASK her for the check and check me out. Based on the bartender today on 8-21 I will not be back to this harvest room. Toast and jam you get great food and AMAZING service. For good food they should check who they’re hiring. People like her will have guest not coming back

I visited Harvest Room in Munster today, 8/24/23. The food was delicious and the server, Leah was attentive and pleasant. The decor is really nice. I was disappointed with all the dust on the air vents and the light fixtures on the ceiling and over the tables. I’m sure dust was blowing down onto our food. This is something that needs to be cleaned and maintained often.
