Stopped in for lunch and got a old fashioned fried bologna sandwich that would make you slap the catfish outcha mommas hand. The portions are very generous and the food is fresh and hot. Will definetly be swinging back thru!

Best fish in the Jackson Metro area. Season to perfection every time I have stopped by and the hostess is absolutely amazing. I recommend this place to anyone and if you’re not satisfied, I’ll pay for your meal personally.

I ordered the pantrout and it was seasoned and fried perectly, I called in my order and it was ready when I arrived, The other locations are closer to me but based on my experience the employees here are much nicer. I will be back here again to order.

I’ve had catfish in all the self-proclaimed capitals of the United States, central florida, northern Louisiana, east Texas, rural Alabama…but I’ve got to say that Harvey’s takes a back seat to none of them! Many times if catfish is thick and meaty it’s gooey and gamey, but not Harvey’s! The catfish was mild, clean, and perfectly fried! So yummy! We were on our way to florida, staying in Jackson overnight, if you find yourself in the area as we did, I’d choose Harvey’s!

If you’re going to have fish this great tasting then your hostess/front counter clerk has to be equally impressive. Young woman in front had no clue. The older woman came from the back of the restaurant and made everything make sense. She got my order and everyone else’s order to us accurately. She may need to train the young lady
