I have many food allergies and Hashi serves me well. The loaded spicy fries with bolgogi beef and kimchi is exceptional. We like to pair it with the house garden salad. The ginger dressing is delicious. Katie the house manager has done a great job in helping this new restaurant run smoothly with great service. The atmosphere is beautiful and fresh with warm tones and clean lines. I’ll take friends and family back again and again.

Wow! Amazing service, food was spectacular and overall cool vibe. Love the sushi and other dishes! Even our 9 year old loved the “Hashi Fries” that had a yummy spicy seasoning and she doesnt really love spicy food! Something for all of us, keep up the great work!

Definitely a nice place to eat. The food was fantastic and the staff was pleasant. The restaurant has a cool atmosphere too. I actually went alone and enjoyed sitting there and taking it all in. I had the loaded fries, which were AMAZING, and the wildwood sushi roll. Super good food.

Absolute FIRE! From our server to the matrody to (who i assume) the manager/possible owner, we recieved a warm enjoyable welcome that made my wife and I feel right at home. We started with the fried dumplings that were out of this world and the portion size was perfect for a shared appetizer. Then for the second round we got (of course) sushi, my wife got the spicy tuna roll and I got the (tried and true) California roll (side note the portion size on these rolls were a meal unto themselves). Then we rounded off our meal with entries that I’ll have pictured below (sorry about the bites taken already, we couldn’t wait to dive in). My wife got the tempura shrimp bowl which was served in a real heated stone bowl, and I got the spicy DAK chicken sliders OMG were they amazing. Whole (not pulled) chicken breast cutlets smothered in a spicy house made sauce topped with kimchi on toasted slider buns AMAZING! The fries as a side were great but I was so full that I didn’t get to enjoy those. The cost vs. quality was extremely reasonable so we were able to really bless our server with a nice tip (Personal note, we really enjoy tipping well when its well deserved as generous living is the best way to live). Oh and the gold chopsticks were cool as well.

Last time I ordered sushi from Hashi, what I received was mostly hard, very dry rice with a teeny tiny bit of fish. Hoped maybe it was an off day and gave them another chance today. This time was much worse. I ordered salmon nigiri, huge clumps of rice with brown salmon and it is warm. And then I found hair in the spicy tuna roll. Sad to say that I can’t afford to give them another try.

Did online ordering/takeout and was really pleased. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything came out fresh. I ordered the Jjamppong spicy seafood soup (just under Frank’s Red Hot sauce in terms of heat) and the portion was huge! The seafood looked like squid rings, baby octopus, and clams. I also ordered a roll of sushi and it was some of the best I’ve had in the county – the sushi rice was soft without being pasty and the ingredients tasted like they were high-quality. If I could change anything about my order, I would ask that they package the noodles separately from the rest of the soup next time so they don’t get so soggy in transit. Otherwise, I think they did an awesome job. A great addition to the restaurant options around the area.

This is a great addition to Granville! Went for lunch and had a wonderful time. The waitress was very happy to answer any questions and walk us through the different menus. We went with the mandu(korean dumplings), miso soup, the beef bulgogi and finished with a piece of ginger cheesecake. Everything was so good!! Side note; when they say family/sharing size they mean it! The bulgogi was plenty for both of us and we had leftovers. We are planning to come back and try the sushi next time!

We had a gathering for about 25 people at Hashi Up (the upstairs space at Hashi), and it was a wonderful experience! Working with Chase and Katie was a delight. The food was delicious and their service was fast. The drinks were also fantastic and the private bar upstairs was great. Everyone in our group loved the experience. Highly recommend!

We came here for lunch. There was no one here except for us, and we had to wait quite a long time for someone to serve. I think this is not the case for dinner. The interior design was exceptionally appealing. As a Vietnamese with pretty high standards for Asian food, the dishes were mediocre: the rice was very dry, the texture of the food was not to my liking, but the seasoning of the meat was quite good. I recommend getting dishes with meat, then.
