We love Hat Creek! Good food for a good price. The restaurant is always clean, the employees are always friendly and helpful. This location is a weekly staple because the kids can play and we can eat. We will for sure be back again!

I like Hat Creek and was excited to bring my friend, but be prepared for children. Most of the seating is outdoors with encouragement for the kids to play, so it’s wonderful when you have children. If you’re looking for a quiet place to eat, don’t expect it because that’s just not their atmosphere. I like the food itself and portion sizes are good. They have vegan and vegetarian options for burgers, and the staff are friendly.

The customer service here sucks. The girl on the register told me they didn’t have a certain flavor of shake when it’s right there on the menu. Then they served us our meal, we sat and ate for 25 min and they still didn’t bring us the shakes we ordered. Just annoying, thank God for the playground. But we def won’t come back to this location, we have had far better experiences at the Golden Triangle location.

Decent food, and kids love to play here! Wait times (both for line and receiving your order) can run on the long side, but the kids don’t mind since they are busy playing! Major plus is the outdoor kids area!

First time stopping in here the Burger was great the fries were cold. That’s why only gave it 3 stars. The atmosphere was cool the young lady at the counter was exceptional. I will be stopping back again maybe I’ll be able to get some hot fries.

The burger was OK. It was good, I don’t know about $12 good. Got mine togo. The place was swarming with kids. Guess that’s not unexpected with a giant play place. Woulda been nice for at least one of the employees to recognize my presence as I stood at the counter waiting to order for several minutes. You know, just “hi, someone’ll be right with you”. No one was rude, but my time limit for uncomfortable avoidance did come dangerously close to saving me 12 bucks.
