Time for lunch and I was able to get a parking space close to Hatch. We ordered at the counter and took a seat in the back where sandwiches were delivered about 15 minutes later. Made to order and they were busy, so this is an appropriate time. They have a cooler with beers and canned/bottled sodas. There is also a self-service soda fountain in the back.

I have been here several times and definitely plan on going back. The staff is friendly and the sandwiches are delicious! My only critique is the one time I tried the Mac and cheese it wasn’t fresh and I couldn’t enjoy it. I would still 100% recommend this place to anyone in the area who likes a good sandwich. Also pro tip is to try the Brussels sprouts from here even if you don’t like Brussels. Make sure you try the burger special if they have it. Best burger I have ever had!

Cute place! You order in line (something I hate doing, I can’t really LOOK at the menu) then seat yourself. I got the roast beef,LT. They was out of the pork belly. The bread was too hard for me (others may like that) It had no taste. It had red pepper aioli, Mayo, lettuce, and tomato. I know, Mayo and aioli is the same basically, but the ingredients was both listed. Their food looked really presentable. I would go back on presentation. Maybe I just ordered the wrong meal. (But shouldn’t everything be good?)

Hatch is one of, if not, the best sandwich restaurant I have ever been to. I truly believe they cannot miss! Their sandwiches always have fresh ingredients, delicious toasty bread, and unique offerings. My go-to is their chicken salad sandwich which comes on a crunchy baguette and has avocado, bacon, feta cheese, and cilantro. Not to mention the chicken is high quality! I usually get their miso broccoli on the side which has inspired me to make my own version, but no matter what recipe I follow, I can’t get it to quite taste like Hatch. Another great aspect of this restaurant is that they have a decent selection of wines and beers, particularly from breweries around the state with plenty of other unique finds. If you have the chance, check out Hatch!
